Notes:
Events such as large parties, weddings, conferences and events serving alcohol (under their own licence)will be subject to a cleaning fee and a deposit of £200 will be required. The hirer is responsible for obtaining a licence if alcohol is to be sold ( The hall has bar facilities and we can man a bar for you with profits going to hall funds)
If heating tokens are purchased unused ones will be refunded upon return to the hall trustees.
Advanced training will be given to the hirer wish to use the AV equipment and one named user must be given to the hall trustees.
